Landmark Preservation Consulting

The City of Rome has received an Underrepresented Communities Grant from the Historic Preservation Fund administered by the Department of the Interior of the National Park Service. They have commissioned LPC to complete a North Rome African American Settlement and Civil Rights Historic Resource Survey and National Register District Nomination(s). Consulting services will include: archival research, community outreach meetings, field survey of an estimated 500 resources over forty years of age, a survey report following state survey guidelines, the completion of National Register district nomination(s), and presentations of our findings.
